Cannon Country Senior Living is a quality assisted living community located in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Located just off Country Road 17, Cannon Country Senior Living is three minutes from downtown Cannon Falls, affording convenient access to shopping, salons, restaurants, and community events and activities. Rides may be arranged for doctor visits and other appointments as needed. Your spacious 520-square-foot suite includes a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The bedroom is large enough to fit a king-size bed, dresser, and other furnishings. The living room is the largest of the three-room suite. Free cable television, once-per-week housekeeping, and as-needed laundry service are included. Three delicious, home-cooked meals are served daily in the formal dining room. The 5,000-square-foot home offers a large common area for television viewing and/or visiting and a sitting room and library for quiet reflection.

We are also distinguished by our personalized care plans overseen by a staff-to-resident ratio of 1 to 5. Having fewer residents per staff member ensures our residents receive prompt and individualized attention. It also ensures that our Registered Nurse is intimately familiar with each resident’s medical conditions and medications and can be highly proactive in anticipating resident needs, corresponding with resident’s physicians, and arranging treatments and appointments. Upon your admission as a resident, our Registered Nurse will design a custom care plan tailored to your specific medical conditions and care needs. Care plans often include bathing, dressing, transferring and walking assistance, incontinence care, and medication management, but each care plan is tailored to each resident to accommodate unique and personalized care needs.
